Chart notes
PHILADELPHIA BELLE sent to the front out of the gate, held the lead and the inside position around the turn, felt outside pressure nearing the quarter pole, came under a strong drive entering lane, cleared late under a steady drive. MALIBU BEAUTY tracked just off the pace setter into turn, stayed just outside leader till nearing the quarter pole, pressed on for run outside of the leader, could not quite quicken with winner, held on well through the wire. JUROR NUMBER FOUR well off the pace and very wide, raced wide into turn, remained towards the middle of the track through the stretch, closed in for the show money. FLIGHT TO SHANGHAI off the pace early on, raced in a clear open pocket entering the turn, called on top of stretch, finished even through the wire. SOSUA raced in the three path into the turn, took the three wide rout when celled on for best run, could not keep pace with leaders, faded through the stretch.
