Chart notes
MR. MISCHIEF was prominent from the start racing along the inside, took the lead nearing the quarter pole and gradually drew clear. TOIL AND TROUBLE dropped back early, rallied five-wide into the stretch and finished fast. HARBOR OUTLAW was allowed to settle in stride early, was four-wide the final quarter mile and finished in a mild rally. MUNCEY saved ground while being unhurried early, slipped through during the drive but lacked the needed late response. RINGS OF SATURN prompted the issue to the stretch while three-wide and weakened. DEMOCRAT dueled for the lead to the stretch from between horses and tired.
