Chart notes
BROADWAY PETE got bumped at the start and raced in the back, edged closer then lacked a clear path around the turn, found a path three wide approaching the furlong marker, roused forward to the lead and held clear. NEWS BOX got bumped a bit at the start, raced off the pace along the inside, swung five wide into the drive and rallied strongly to the wire. HAVE A PLAN briefly held the lead then dueled three deep around the turn, battled on into the lane, got collared by eventual winner just past the furlong marker and weakened to show. DARK HEDGES chased the three way duel around the turn, sustained a four wide bid into the lane then ran on evenly in the final sixteenth. HIDDEN RULER raced four wide in range around the turn then weakened. MORO WOLF dueled two wide around the turn then faded in the lane. SAMS TIME vied inside of a duo around the turn and retreated in the lane.
