STATE CROWN rated back inside through the first turn, moved up inside through the second turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, angled out, then drifted out and edged up late. BATTLE CHARGE sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, held sway unchallenged to the final yards, then was outfinished. FORGOTTEN PEACE stalked the pace rating, held position on the two path through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch and weakened the final furlong. CHRISTMAS DIAMOND (GB) unhurried early, moved up on the two path through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch and flattened out. RIGHT TRAPPE tracked the pace back, angled three wide through the second turn gaining position, came four wide into the stretch and weakened. TWILA MAE passed tiring rivals. DUNVEGAN DOLL was no factor. SALT PLAGE mid pack, faded through the second turn.
