DASH OF SIMPLICITY was in a steady drive to track the pace from the inside, was gaining ground on the second turn to gain command in the early stretch and was ridden out in the final furlong under a mild hand drive. REVS RUN set the pace entering the backstretch, was in a long drive, then was used up in the upper stretch and gave way in the end. LIEUTENANT KITTY settled along the inside heading into the back stretch, then bid three wide on the far turn to rally in the stretch and was no threat. V. E. TIA tracked the pace while two wide, was in a steady drive then faded on the far turn and had no final bid in the stretch. MAMBACITA was unhurried early then raced while three wide on the backstretch into the second turn and failed to rally. BEAUTIFUL D hopped at the start, was unhurried early then raced in the middle of the field on the backstretch, was used up on the second turn and failed to menace in the stretch.
