Chart notes
ASLUCKWOULDHAVIT was away alertly to set the pace while clear, then remained clear leaving the turn, then was given one big left handed pop nearing the furlong marker and then one bid right handed pop with the crop nearing the sixteenth pole to remain clear to prove best. ALPHA SIXTY SIX chased the winner and made a mild bid three wide on the turn but proved to be no match for that rival, second best. ORASHI was reserved early, swung out four wide leaving the turn and had a late rally to best the rest. SCARY LARRY was allowed to settle early on the inside, then was two wide by the quarter pole and had no rally. FREEDOM'S START chased the pace on the inside and weakened. BUFF AND SHINE broke outwardly, settled while four wide and had no response.
