ESTEEMED was reserved early, advanced five wide through the turn, angled out to the nine path in mid stretch, was closing late and was up in time. BESITOS CRIMINALES was allowed to settle early, raced seven wide through the turn, drifted in late stretch and was disqualified and placed fourth. DIABOLICAL MIGHT stalked the early pace, raced along the inside into the turn, angled out and weakened late. TRACK BOUND tracked the early pace, raced between rivals into the turn, checked in late stretch and was placed third. LINCOLN COUNTY KID was outrun early, went seven wide through the turn and offered no late rally. GUSHER set a pressured early pace, raced four wide into the turn and faded. ROAD TO HEAT was outrun early, raced between rivals and never fired. INDIAN GAMBLER was unhurried early, raced ten wide into the turn and flattened out. LESTER'S MEMORY pressed the early pace, raced five wide into the turn and tired. ATTILA'S LEGEND was void of any early speed, went six wide and was no factor. ZENFULLY ZESTY was allowed to settle early raced three wide and was no threat. THE STEWARDS DISQUALIFIED NUMBER TEN BESITOS CRIMINALES AND PLACED HIM FOURTH FOR INTEFERING WITH NUMBER FIVE TRACK BOUND IN MID TO LATE STRETCH. PER RULING #2022-DAA-38 FROM THE NEW MEXICO RACING COMMISSION, BESITOS CRIMINALES WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM 4th TO UNPLACED DUE TO THE HISA RULE ON EXCESSIVE CROP STRIKES.
