Chart notes
LUCAGO steadied at the start, raced three wide off the early pace, moved up three wide entering the turn, inherited the lead, drew clear in the stretch and was kept to the task. SAVVY LAYLA chased between rivals early on, moved up on the turn, rallied two wide in the stretch drive and dug in late to earn the place spot. THE PREDICAMENT chased on the inside, moved up inside on the turn, rallied on the rail in the stretch and was outkicked for second. CARIBBEAN GOLD was bumped at the start, steadied at the half mile marker, raced off the pace inside, angled out at the top of the lane and rallied mildly. SHANGHAI WARRIOR set the pace racing with a clear early lead, lugged out badly on the turn losing the lead, then rallied mildly outside in the stretch. LARGE was bumped and off a bit slow, then outrun. U KANT WHIP IT raced off the pace between rivals, steadied at the seven sixteenths marker, continued off the pace and gave way.
