Chart notes
NEW STRIPE tracked the embattled trio up the backstretch, launched a three wide bid approaching the quarter pole, vied for the lead with BALI STAR into the final furlong then edged away. BALI STAR dueled inside of rivals for the early lead, took on the challenge of NEW STRIPE late on the turn, battled back into the final furlong had to settle for second best. FREER dueled for the lead up the backstretch and around the turn, failed to match strides at the head of the lane and weakened to show. DARE TO FAIL dueled between rivals in the opening quarter, chased two wide around the turn then retreated. GENOMIC lacked speed and trailed throughout.
