Chart notes
BEAU BROWN was pinched back after the start, settled off the rail, off the pace, advanced on the far turn, rallied five wide into the stretch, ran to the front at the furlong marker and drew clear. MISTER J T was bumped at the start, raced off the rail, off the pace, waited for room between rivals on the far turn, angled out at the eighth pole, rallied late and got up for second. BOB IN OUR MIDST raced four wide early, then stalked two wide, bid three wide on the far turn, rallied to a short lead in upper stretch and was outkicked. SHIMMERING LEROID pulled in the early stages and was steadied along on the clubhouse turn, settled off the pace, advanced inside on the backside, saved ground on the far turn, got through on the rail at the eighth pole and closed mildly. GENERAL COMMAND tracked the leader, bid two wide on the far turn, dueled and weakened. GUN FOR SUCCESS raced close up early on the rail, checked in tight nearing the first turn, settled off the pace inside, angled out at the top of the lane and lacked a rally. MYSTIFIED steadied in tight nearing the first turn, then raced off the pace inside and did not factor. JAMA DILLON was bumped at the start, raced five wide early, moved up three wide on the first turn, took over to set the pace, dueled on the far turn and gave way.
