Chart notes
OVERLY FAST sprinted clear soon after the start, increased his advantage on the turn and was ridden out to maintain his advantage. TOIL AND TROUBLE was forwardly placed early along the inside, steadied nearing the seven-sixteenths pole when bumping the rail while in tight, slipped through nearing the quarter pole and finished strongly for the place. MUNCEY was never far back while racing four-wide and finished in a mild rally. NAVAL ESCORT was prominent while racing three-wide but lacked a rally. HARBOR OUTLAW chased the winner while racing between rivals to the stretch and tired.
