Chart notes
SO LONG CHUCK tracked close up on the inside, made a rail bid nearing the quarter pole, dueled with COMPOUND IT past the furlong marker, dug in gamely on the rail and then edged away for the win. MIRACLE SILVER raced three wide early, pulled and was steadied on the first turn, rated close up outside, chased on the far turn, rallied outside in deep stretch and got up for second. COMPOUND IT set the pace on the inside, shook free on the far turn, dueled two wide into the stretch, dug in gamely outside of the winner, yielded and lost second at the wire. ORBERT raced off the pace inside, was asked on the far turn and lacked a rally. RELISHMENT raced two wide off the pace, was asked on the far turn and failed to threaten.
