DOM WAYNE stalked the early pace, went five wide into the turn, angled in, brief lead, kept on and was best late. SOUTHWESTERN HOPE pressed the early pace, went seven wide into the turn, eased back into the turn, re-rallied, was no match and finished second best. OFFENSIVE tracked the early pace, raced seven wide through the turn, advanced with the leaders and weakened late. ESTEEMED was allowed to settle early, raced off the rail into the turn, found room, angled in and flattened out. BASHFUL BOB was void of speed, raced four wide into the turn and offered no rally. KICK IT set a pressured early pace, went six wide into the turn and faded.
