KINGS RIVER KNIGHT vied for the lead from inside then moved back to stalk the pace, ranged up four deep on the far turn, took over in upper stretch, moved clear then held off the late charges from MOBOU and MAMBA COOL in the closing moments. MOBOU raced in mid-pack on the inside, was on the move but caught in traffic at different spots on the far turn, tipped out to the four path, finished well through the lane and was gaining to the wire. MAMBA COOL got bumped leaving the gate, moved to the inside stalking the pace, steered out on the far turn, came out further and roused in upper stretch and finished determinedly outside the top pair late. WORSE READ SANCHEZ was off slow to begin, settled off the rail then moved inside near the back, moved out then swung widest into the stretch and kept on for a minor award. BUD KNIGHT tracked outside rivals then in three path, moved up outside the top pair on the backstretch, asked three wide around the far turn and flattened in the final furlong. SHOT OF A LIFETIME sat off the pace and off the rail in the early going, traveled four deep then five wide on the far turn and lacked a rally. EXCEED SPEED LIMIT prominent five then four deep early, ceded the lead and stalked the pacesetter three deep on the clubhouse turn, moved up to apply pressure on the backstretch, dueled in the two path around the far turn, took over past the quarter pole, lost command in upper stretch and weakened. SINGLE ME OUT tracked out of range, waited on the inside on the far turn, angled out in upper stretch, steadied between rivals at the sixteenth pole and lost all late momentum. LIL NAS stumbled badly and bumped outside rival, went up to vie between rivals then ceded control and began to pull first time in the stretch, stalked on the inside then two wide into the stretch and weakened. ASARO was off slow to begin, angled down to the inside at the back of the back, swung out into the stretch and made no impact. GOLD RUSH CANDY vied for the lead early then took full control, showed the way under pressure on the backstretch, dueled on the inside through the far turn, lost the lead past the quarter pole and folded in the lane. QUICK BUCK vied four deep leaving the chute then pulled when ceding control first time in the stretch, stalked between rivals, had to steady at the five-eighths pole, dropped back on the far turn, eased in the lane and walked off.
