RANCHER was forwardly placed off the rail made a three wide bid on the turn to engage the leaders at the five sixteenths pole then took the lead at the quarter pole and cleared under medium urging. GUN WAR chased the leaders from the two path down the backstretch made a four wide bid on the turn and fought gamely to the eighth pole and proved second best. CAPTAIN COMEBACK sprinted to the lead from the two path and weakened at the quarter pole. BIG LARRY vied for the lead from the inside took the lead briefly going into the turn battled through the turn and gave way.
