Chart notes
LAGERFELDT saved ground around the first turn, raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far turn, began a bid in upper stretch and gained ground to the wire to get up for the win late. ROUWAY tracked the leader on the inside around the first turn and up the backstretch, began a bid from the two path passing the three eighths pole, kicked clear in upper stretch and was caught late. LITTLE G T saved ground around the first turn, raced in the middle of the pack on the inside up the backstretch and around the far turn and improved position in the lane. THE THINKER trailed the field while saving ground ground in the early going, navigated the far turn from the three and four path, swung wide into the stretch and gained ground on the outside in the final furlong. ANALYZEYOURVISION raced in the three path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch at the back of pack on the inside, came around the turn in the two path and finished evenly. GORUN raced at the back of the pack on the inside through the opening half mile, came around the far turn in the two path, improved position in upper stretch and kept on to the wire. FIRST FORCE raced in the two path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, navigated the far turn still in the two path and finished evenly. CURLIN'S MALIBU raced off the pace on the outside in the early going, came around the far turn in the three and four path and passed tiring horses in the lane. COCHISE raced in the four path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch at the back of pack on the outside, navigated the far turn from the three and four path and was outkicked from there. CUP MATCH sprinted to a clear early lead around the first turn and up the backstretch, raced in the two path around the far turn and tired in the stretch. GIRO D'ORO saved ground around the first turn, chased the leader up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the three path and faded between horses in the lane. PLUNK raced off the pace between horses through the opening half mile, saved ground around the far turn and was empty from there.
