Chart notes
TOM'S SURPRISE broke out and was quickly corrected, settled in the two path near the back, on the move three deep on the far turn, closed in from outside and drew alongside the leader in midstretch and drove clear to win going away. NILES CHANNEL away well and went up to establish the front then moved inside, showed the way up the backstretch, led clear on the rail into the stretch, collared by the winner at the sixteenth pole, relinquished the lead shortly after and held the place. ALVAARO stalked the pace from outside in the two path, asked leaving the far turn and lacked the needed late kick in the final furlong. DILLON ROCKS stalked the pace from inside through both turns, came out in the stretch and needed to find more in the final eighth. RESPECT THE HUSTLE stalked two to three wide on the first turn, traveled in the two path on the second bend, got floated out through the lane and weakened. TABLE FOR TEN bobbled after the start, stalked on the inside, two wide leaving the backstretch, got blocked on the far turn and angled out to the three path, got floated out in the lane and failed to rally. BIG BUZZ was off slow to begin, trailed two wide into the first turn, rounded the far turn three wide then came five wide into the stretch, got floated out in the lane and made no impact.
