MOON PARTY raced off the pace, advanced at the quarter pole, came four wide into the lane, rallied in the middle of the course, dueled with I'M A CUTIE in the final sixteenth and got the nod at the wire. I'M A CUTIE was bumped hard at the start, vied three wide for the lead, dueled outside on the turn, began to lug out badly nearing the quarter pole, drifted to the outer rail, continued near the outer rail in the stretch run, dueled in the final sixteenth and just missed. LITTLE JESSIE chased inside, advanced inside on the turn, lacked room behind the leaders coming to the eighth pole, angled in and rallied mildly on the rail. TE AMO was off slowly, raced off the pace, saved ground on the turn, angled out at the furlong marker and closed belatedly. MIKES MAJESTY dueled inside for the lead, dueled into the stretch and weakened in the final furlong. CLERY'S FANTASY was bumped hard and checked at the start, then outrun. BAYOU MELODY dueled between rivals for the lead, dueled two wide into the stretch and faded.
