Chart notes
ADIOS BOBBY rated close up and inside in the early going, held position through the second turn, bid three wide outside the leader into the stretch, made a steady gain, edged ahead at the furlong marker, then drew off and was kept to the task. C THE KING allowed to settle, saved ground through the turns, angled four wide into the stretch, then was no match for the winner in the late going and held the place safe. CASTLE KING unhurried, saved ground on the two path through the second turn, came through on that path into the stretch, then weakened late and missed the place. CLAW sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, held sway to the final furlong, then faded. JINGLE BELLS allowed to settle, looped three and four wide through the second turn, fanned widest into the stretch and had no rally. BELIEVEINHOLIDAYS well placed and outside, lost some ground on the two path through the second turn, then drifted out and faded into the stretch. BOOMIN GOOSE well placed and outside, faded three wide through the second turn.
