Chart notes
POET LAUREATE dueled for the lead while inside, was in a long drive then came back again in late stretch to be best in the end. GOOD LIQUOR chased the early pace then rallied two wide in upper stretch, gaining the lead in mid stretch but was unable to sustained that bid in the end. CASHMERE DANCER was saving ground into the turn, rallied and moved out to be three wide in upper stretch, was gaining ground in late stretch but was too late. XTRA SPICY bumped the start start then was inside and saving ground on the turn made a bid in upper stretch but was no menace in late stretch. JADE EMPIRE broke in and bumped at the start, rallied and was making a strong bid five wide in upper stretch but flattened out in the drive. C R'S GIRL broke out and bumped at the start, chased the early pace while three wide into turn, made a bid then faltered. JOG was unhurried early then rallied and swung out to be seven wide in upper stretch and was no menace. BLUE LADYDANCER was in tight then taken up on the turn off heels, angled inside then failed to menace in the drive. LIE TO ME dueled for the lead while two wide, was hard used then gave way in the stretch. THE KARMAN LINE was bumped at the start then chased the pace while four wide into the turn, was used up and stopped.
