FERDAN dueled for the lead from the inside, was in a hard drive throughout the turn into the early stretch, gained the lead at the eighth pole then continued to rally gamely but was caught in the end. TOO BAD JUSTICE raced in the middle of the field while four wide, was moving up to vie for the lead at the quarter pole, then continued to bid in the stretch and was best for the show prize. NEW YEAR'S FEVER stalked the pace while three wide, vied for the lead on the turn then gave way in the stretch. D'ORO'S WISH raced while five wide then bid on the turn and needed more. BONNIE BILL broke outwardly at the start then raced while six wide throughout the course and was no menace.
