SQUARE CAT unhurried in the early going, saved ground through the turn, remained inside in the stretch, closed fast in deep stretch and gained second. FORGIVING SPIRIT chased on the inside, saved ground to the stretch, tipped out and finished willingly to gain the show. ESSENTIAL BUSINESS chased between rivals early, entered the stretch two wide, came out in upper stretch and put in a late run to round out the superfecta. BRIX dropped back early, moved to the inside, went between rivals at the quarter pole then came two wide into the stretch, found traffic in upper stretch and steered to the outside and kept on through the final furlong. WHO'S CANDY was off a bit slow to begin, steadied past the half-mile pole, spun four wide into the lane, moved out further in the drive and kept on to the wire. IN VRONSKY STYLE vied between early for command, dueled from outside late on the bend, carried a short lead into the final furlong, relinquished control at the sixteenth pole and flattened. LIL RICHARDS BELLO was off slow to begin, trailed to the stretch, tipped out in the lane, then dove back inside with a sixteenth remaining and improved. ATOMIC DROP chased the top trio early on, saved ground to the stretch and lacked the needed late kick in deep stretch. CROSSKIRK was off a bit slow to begin, steadied off heels early, chased four deep then four wide into the drive and lacked a rally. EVENEREVENWORSE was a bit rank early then went up to vie three deep for command into and around the turn, could not keep up late on the bend and weakened between rivals. HEAD FOR BUSINESS vied for the lead from inside, dueled past the quarter pole, fought to the eighth pole and weakened.
