Chart notes
DANSE MACABRE was rated off the top pair early on, raced two wide through the far turn, moved up four wide near the quarter pole, dug in late and prevailed under all out pressure. ALLURING ANGEL (GB) was off slowly, raced in hand early, eased up four wide near the five sixteenths pole, raced from the outside of Danse Macabre in the stretch, surged late and just missed in a game effort. NUMERO SEIS was quick to begin to set the early pace along the inside down the backstretch, was collared near the eighth pole and weakened a bit there after. TIKI BAR was off slowly, raced along the inside at the three eighths pole, moved up wide near the five sixteenths pole and raced evenly late. RECINTO ROMPERE tracked the early leader from the inside while racing in hand and weakened through the stretch drive. ALL THE ENVY settled off the early pace, raced along the inside through the far turn, angled out through the upper stretch and lacked a bid.
