Chart notes
CHANTRY FLATS loped along saving ground, withstood two challenges and cleared off in the stretch. CULLUM ROAD saved ground entire trip, ran a bit choppy in the stretch run while saving the place spot in a gallant effort. PERFECT PAINTING never far back in good position throughout, ran on for show spot. BARRISTER TOM rated just of the leaders to the stretch, faltered late going. CARMEL BAY raced evenly throughout with little left in the stretch run. ARTEMUS EAGLE pressed winner to far turn, came up empty and faded back. KANTPAYTHETOLL never a factor throughout. CULLUM ROAD PULLED UP FLLOWING THE FINISH IN DISTRESS AND SUBSEQUENTLY VANNED OFF
