Chart notes
ELVIRUS took the lead nearing the three quarter pole and angled to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure nearing the three eighths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and held on well with steady stretch handling. THEHEATOFTHENIGHT stalked two deep, chased from the seven sixteenths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn, angled to the inside mid-stretch and finished evenly to hold second. WALK THE BANK settled off the pace inside on the first turn, eased out past the half mile pole and picked up the chase toward the three eighths, rounded the far turn in the three path and finished well while gaining on the top two. THE EXCEPTION rounded the first turn in the three path, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced in the four and five paths of the far turn and showed little in the lane. DYNAMIC DAY raced off the rail the opening turn, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and showed little more. DUNLUCE CAISSLE saved ground.
