Chart notes

ELEGANCE N TONIC broke readily, dictated the pace along the inside on a comfortable advantage to the backstretch, met a rival's challenge leaving the far turn and held sway on a widening advantage to the end under pressure. BONES AND ROSES was rated behind the second flight along the inside to the backstretch, saved ground to upper stretch and advanced inside foes late to prevail narrowly for the place honors. LUCY'S LOOKIN LEFT was rated between foes tracking the leaders from just out of striking distance racing to the backstretch, shifted out three wide racing into the lane while being urged to advance but was outkicked for second while prevailing for a share. RATTLEME, forwardly placed tracking the pacesetter to the backstretch, was prompted to lodge a brief bid racing through the far turn but flattened out in the drive. DELUSIONAL DREAM, reserved along the inside in the opening three furlongs, tipped out after a half to gain position between foes, was fanned four wide into the lane and lacked the needed final kick. INNOVATE tracked the leaders three wide in second flight and gave way racing into the far turn. EXODUS AND HOPE, reluctant to load in the gate, settled outside foes in early stages and failed to menace thereafter. LAKE LADY trailed throughout.
