Chart notes
SOUL STORY was rated early between rivals, shifted to the outside on the turn and advanced five wide by the quarter pole, then closed well on the far outside to get up late under a drive. STREET LAMP tracked the pace four wide, then made a four wide bid leaving the turn and rallied late but was outfinished by the winner. LTL BEAR SALOON stalked the pace and made a three wide bid by the quarter pole, then fought on in the lane but hung late. MAGNETIC CHARM was sent to the front to set the pace on the inside, dug in determinedly in the lane but gave way grudgingly late. CHAIN REACTION was well placed along the inside to the quarter pole, then swung out three wide leaving the turn but had no kick. COMBATING was bumped at the start, settled along the inside and lacked a rally. HE CAME TRUE was allowed to settle three wide but had no rally.
