WICKED IRISHMAN set a pressured paced early on the inside, then was challenged and was passed on the turn, then made a inside bid leaving the turn and dueled for command by the furlong marker and edged away to prove best under a drive. ECLIPTICALS BEAR pressed the early pace and made a three wide bid on the turn to gain a short advantage, then dueled for the lead outside by the furlong marker and then could not match strides with the winner late, second best. MISTER ARANGUIZ chased the frontrunners three wide early, then dropped to the inside and weakened.
