Chart notes
GETTINHOT'NHERE sped to the lead at the start and held firm around the turn, pulled away to a clear margin in the upper stretch and maintained a safe advantage under a driving finish. BRASSY FIRE raced off the early pace, picked up the tempo late on the turn, swung wide into the lane, finished with good response and closed the gap on the winner. PRAIRIE WOLF chased the leader around the turn, hustled along two wide into the lane and stayed on for a share. LURCH raced along the inside in opening stages then came out four wide late on the turn, tipped a path wider at the head of the lane and showed some late interest. DRIVER chased along the rail around the turn, gained closer contention in the upper stretch then gave way. HANDSOME HUNTER raced in contention around the turn, came three wide into the lane and faded.
