Chart notes
NATE'S WAY dueled for the lead on the inside up the backstretch and around the turn, kicked clear entering the stretch and held that margin to the wire. HAWKWOOD tracked the leaders on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and chased the winner home. TWO DOT chased the leaders between horses through the opening half mile, raced in the two path around the turn and kept on in the lane. ABDAN raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn, brushed lightly with HUG THE MUNNY near the eighth pole and flattened out from there. FORT RIDGE trailed the field in the early going, raced in the two path around the turn, swung wide entering the stretch and passed tiring horses late. HUG THE MUNNY stalked the pace setters on the outside racing up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and faded in the lane, brushing slightly with ABDAN in the process. INVINCIBILITY dueled on the outside in the opening stages, continued to battle from the two path around the turn and tired between horses in the stretch.
