Chart notes

STREET DEMAND bobbled at the start then settled into stride, moved forward along the inside on the backstretch, angled out on the turn, caught Phillipie Fast nearing the quarter pole and gradually drew clear. PHILIPIE FAST saved ground setting the pace, was unable to resist the winner but continued on well for the place. LIGHTNING STAR was unhurried early, split rivals on the turn, came two-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. HEFTY GARCIA was allowed to settle in stride, came four-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. SILVER KING BAIN stalked the pace while racing slightly off the rail to the stretch and weakened. WHATSTHEDIFF was off a step slow, then saved ground and failed to threaten. AKASI bobbled at the start, raced four-wide on the turn, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to menace.
