Chart notes
TENEBRIS showed some early speed, then eased back off the pace inside, bid three wide on the turn, led into the stretch, responded when roused and drew clear under urging. APPRAISAL raced off the pace, moved up three wide on the turn, came five wide into the lane and finished well outside for second. ONE WHIRLWIND RIDE stalked outside, bid on the turn, dueled between rivals, dug in through the lane and held third. MR. DODA raced off the pace, chased on the turn and closed belatedly between rivals. B B BAD showed good early speed, dueled inside rivals on the turn and weakened. LORD BERRIER showed good early speed, then tracked inside, chased on the turn, came four wide into the lane and lacked a rally. OUR AMERICAN STAR broke open the gate prior, was off slowly and steadied, then outrun. TOWN OF GOLD raced off the pace inside, chased on the turn and faded.
