SAMURAI CAUSE was settled early while three wide into the turn, rallied and moved out to be five wide for the stretch drive, powered to the front in late stretch and was best in the end. SMOOTHEE LEE rallied on the turn while four wide to power up and take command in upper stretch, was in a hard drive but could not last in the final strides. CHAPEL BARN stalked the pace while three wide into the turn, made a bid to mid stretch then flattened out in late stretch. PROUD MOMENTS was unhurried early then made a mild rally in the stretch but was no menace. TROY OUNCE stalked the pace while three wide then made a bid to upper stretch but flattened out in the drive. FRESH ONE was hustled along the inside to pressed the pace going into the turn, was used up and gave way. HE'S MUNNIE set the early pace while being pressured, was in a long drive and gave way in the stretch. HE'S A RANGER raced three wide on the turn and was no threat.
