ESCAPE FUND tracked the leaders from the three path, slipped inside rival nearing the quarter pole, drove clear quickly, extended stride and margin through the wire. KIRTAN broke very sharp, took the lead into the turn, came under outside pressure nearing the quarter pole, could not keep pace with winner stayed on well for the place money. RATTRAPANTE stalked the leader into the turn, always in the four and five path, set down nearing the quarter pole, stuck a nose in front while racing four wide, could not switch leads through the stretch, finished up even late. GHOST MAIDEN lacked speed away from the gate, raced inside around the turn, moved up along the inside late, even strides under the wire. VILLAREGGIA slow into stride, called on entering the turn, raced on left lead through the stretch, outrun under the wire.
