Chart notes
CLASSIC BET was forwardly placed racing three wide in early stages, launched a bid for BOLD COWBOY approaching the quarter pole, briefly matched strides then edged ahead at the eighth pole and finished clear. BOLD COWBOY sped to the lead in opening stages and continued on top around the turn, took on the challenge from CLASSIC BET in upper stretch, vied briefly then got overtaken at the eighth pole and finished clearly second best. ROCKET HOTSHOT wad slow into stride out of the gate and trailed in the back, hustled along the inside into the lane and finished with late interest. MORO FLYBOY was forwardly placed along the inside soon after the start, chased up close through the backstretch, sustained bid around the turn then weakened in the lane. BALI STAR raced three wide in contention up the backstretch, chased evenly around the turn then faded in the lane. FREEDOM FLASH was not far back in the opening quarter then flattened entering the turn, came five wide into the lane and had no late response.
