STAR JUANCHO stalked the pace three wide, reached near even terms near the five-sixteenths pole, vied to midstretch then edged ahead under a drive. SIR AGGRAVATOR prompted the pace two wide, bid between foes near the five-sixteenths pole, dueled between past the eighth pole and kept on well for the place. JOE DI BAGGIO set the pace along the rail, fought on inside of the top two when they both reached near even terms near the five-sixteenths pole but was outfinished.
