Chart notes
MOKINGS dueled on the inside up the backstretch and around the turn, kicked clear in upper stretch and held that margin to the finish. REDSON veered in leaving the gate, raced off the pace early, began an extended bid headed into the turn, saved ground and continued to gain ground to the wire. JARED THE WARRIOR chased the leaders up the backstretch, raced in the three path around the turn and kept on in the stretch. MORO MAFIA dueled on the outside through the opening quarter of a mile, continued to battle from the two path around the turn and tired in the final furlong. REMORSE raced in the middle of the pack on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and made no bid. KING CHROME veered in at the break, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, came around the turn in the two path and was empty from there. COMPETITIVE SLEW was pinched back leaving the gate, trailed far behind the field up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and never threatened.
