Chart notes
BARBED WIRE settled off the early pace along the inside, raced two to three wide around the turn, shifted out five wide mid-stretch, dug in gamely under pressure and got up in final strides. RISKY WHISKY steadied in early stages and raced off the top two flights around the turn, hustled along for wide into the lane, roused forward in late stages, briefly held the lead then got caught by the winner. AMERICAN SUE raced off the early pace, saved ground around the turn, edged closer then tipped two wide and gained show. DELUSION tracked the embattled pair around the turn, came four wide into the lane, came under right handed pressure at the furlong marker, roused forward into close contention then lacked a closing kick. IVY ABAD GIRL dueled for the early lead with WHAT NOW MY LOVE, battled on into upper stretch, took on added challengers at the eighth pole then gave way. CONFETTI BETTY raced in range along the inside, tipped two wide for the drive, raced in contention then got in tight between, steadied near the sixteenth pole and gave way. WHAT NOW MY LOVE dueled inside of IVY A BAD GIRL around the turn, battled on to the eighth pole then came up empty. GOTTA HAVE FAITH raced off the pace and failed to respond when called upon.
