ARRIVEDERCI urged to a clear lead inside, lost the advantage briefly in mid stretch then came again to gain the decision. WAGON BOSS raced in closest pursuit of the pacesetter, bid and led briefly in mid stretch but was outdueled. ROYAL COUP settled off the pace inside, angled out in the stretch and closed the gap. GRIT'N'GRIND lacked speed racing outside and made a slight gain in the stretch. POLITICAL broke sluggishly and trailed throughout.
