Chart notes
L. A. STAR angled to the rail approaching the seven sixteenths pole becoming prominent on the turn surging to the lead from the inside nearing the eighth pole digging in gamely from the two path late. DON'T LOSE HOPE chased the pace through the turn coming five wide in upper stretch angling in late finishing well. LOOPY sent clear set the pace holding daylight through the turn being hooked from the inside in upper stretch trying to battle back coming up short. LITTLE MATILDA slow early gave a mild rally along the inside in upper stretch gaining then holding position there. GIRO KATE chased early then weakened on the turn. MAYAN QUEEN flashed early speed then dropped off on the turn. TUXEDO LEMON in close at the break trailed throughout.
