Chart notes
K. C. CHIEF set the pace along the rail, continued on the left lead in the lane and held firm. CASHIER CHECK stalked the pace inside, tipped two wide in upper stretch and finished well to narrow the gap. VENEZUELAN TRIUMPH raced well back two wide around the first turn, advanced four wide around the far turn and stayed on to gain the show. NIGHT JUMPER raced off the pace inside, was pulling early, angled out midway down the backstretch, made a strong middle move four wide and flattened out in the lane. BAILADOR pressed the winner two wide and weakened through the lane. KING SILVIO failed to menace while racing two and three wide. TREASURE KING chased the pace three wide and came up empty in the lane. OLD TOWN ROAD was outrun inside. ALWAYS GAMBLING trailed in the two path.
