Chart notes
U S FUNDS took the lead at the rail into the first turn and rated the pace, was urged away from the three eighths pole, opened up at the rail on the far turn then steadily handled in the lane. MOONLIGHT MISS rounded the first turn in the four path and raced well off the pace into the backstretch, bid nearing the three eighths pole, came through the far turn about the five path and cleared second past the eighth pole. UPSY DAISY DO rounded the first turn off the rail and raced well back leaving the turn, picked up the chase past the seven sixteenths pole, eased to the seven path through the far turn and came along for third later yards. SHAK'S HIDDEN GEM rounded the opening turn in the five path, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole but flattened in the four path of the far turn. CATHERINES WARRIOR saved ground on the first turn, gave chase leaving the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and weakened in the lane. SUZZETTE STAR stalked the pace two deep the first turn, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole then weakened at the rail on the far turn. CHIT CHAT GIRL became fractious in the gate, was unprepared for the break and did not compete.
