Chart notes
MY HAPPINESS settled in good position racing just off the early leaders, crept closer four wide late on the turn, given cue in upper stretch, vied for the lead a furlong out, dug in gamely under pressure and edged away. BONNIEVIEW sped to the lead shortly after the start and held a slim lead around the turn, came two wide into the lane, came under pressure from both sides, vied past the furlong marker then got outkicked by the winner. LADY DAMARIS tracked the leader up the backstretch then racing in striking distance around the turn, sustained a three wide bid into the lane, flattened a bit then got back up for show. BATTER UP BETTY was ridden up closer along the inside late on the backstretch, cut the corner entering the lane, vied for the lead a furlong out then yielded late and got caught for show. LAVENDER LIL was not far back racing two wide in the opening quarter then retreated. S C SKYLARS EMPIRE saved ground early then faded around the turn and continued to tire in the drive. HARD SPIRITS failed to move into contention.
