Chart notes
TOWSON led under early pressure, shook clear after the half then held on gamely in the final furlong from an inside challenge. I'M A COCO PEBBLES tracked the winner along the inside, loomed a threat in midstretch but could only manage a slight gain. BELLA G pressed the pacesetter outside for three quarters and faltered. HOLA PRINCESS lacked speed and failed to respond. BROAD STORM chased within range outside and stopped on the final turn. ANGEL RAPHAEL dropped far behind and trailed badly throughout.
