Chart notes

MR. BIG RIG was off a step slow, rushed to contend, stalked the leaders while racing four-wide, moved up to take command with a quarter to run and drew off as a handy winner. TSUNAMI GOLD sprinted clear soon after the start, raced from off the rail through the turn, was no match for the winner in the drive but finished well to hold the place. DEACON BEACON settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn, angled out further into the stretch, reached a contending position and finished evenly late. SEA OF INDY chased the leaders while racing three-wide and gave way in the drive. RARE COIN lacked early foot, raced three-wide through the turn and was not a factor. CANDY RASCAL lagged far back early and did not reach contention. ORGULLO MIO was off a step slow, raced off the pacesetters early, moved four-wide through the turn, angled out further into the stretch and weakened.
