Chart notes
SOMERSET BAY chased and raced close off the rail on the turn, drifted into the stretch but dug in for the lead inside the sixteenth pole and dueled clear later yards. GRAND FIBER rated the pace inside, came under pressure into the turn, dug in under steady handling but was caught past the sixteenth pole and relented later yards. SCOTTY SILVER rated off the pace through the backstretch, started a bid at the quarter pole, rounded the turn about the four path, entered the stretch widest and finished well after taking third past the sixteenth pole. GAMING JACK chased through the backstretch, ran at the rail on the turn, eased out leaving the turn and ran evenly in the lane. TANELEER gave chase, raced off the rail on the turn, eased out into the lane and weakened inside the eighth pole. UNNAMED SOLDIER gave chase inside and raced near the rail on the turn. KAMPAI was unprepared for the break and rounded the turn about the three path.
