Chart notes
CHICK'S DIG IT broke in and bumped rival, chased three deep early, bid outside the top pair on the turn, took over three wide into the stretch, cleared KING ZOG in upper stretch and inched away. MENTIROSA broke in and bumped rival, stalked on the inside through the turn, moved out and finished willingly between rivals to earn the place honors. REIGN OF SPEED broke well and dueled outside KING ZOG for the lead, vied between rivals at the quarter pole, lost touch leaving the bend and kept on to secure the show. KING ZOG took a bump leaving the gate, dueled inside REIGN OF SPEED into the turn, inched ahead around the bend, was overtaken by the winner entering the stretch, fought to the eight pole and flattened to fourth. STAY IN THE GAME bumped leaving the gate, chased between foes early then rounded the bend two wide, tipped out into the stretch but lacked further response. VICTIM OF THE NITE broke a step slow on the outside, chased outside a rival at the back, remained wide through the turn and failed to rally. REEF CITY tracked four deep early on, took the turn three then four wide and weakened in the drive. CHAOKOON stumbled leaving the gate, raced off the rail at the back, ran two wide around the turn and failed to menace.
