FLUID SITUATION got bumped at the start by MONTATHAM breaking inwards then got bumped by KING ANGELO due to pressure inside from IKIGAI veering outwards, chased five then four wide in aim of the front before tucking three wide through the turn, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and went three to four wide for home, rallied to take command nearing the eighth pole, then inched away to the finish kept busy to the end. AFTER FIVE got bumped at the start in a chain of bumping begun by IKIGAI, chased just off the inside until tucked inside through the turn, came under coaxing at the three-eighths, spun three wide for home and ran on to secure the place honors. MONTATHAM broke in at the start bumping FLUID SITUATION, chased five to six paths off the inside down the backstretch until tucked inside half a mile from home, got set down taking the inside route into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. THE GREAT ONE chased along the inside down the backstretch, tipped out three wide through the turn coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled five wide into upper stretch and offered up a mild kick. KING ANGELO bumped at the start in a chain of bumps begun by IKIGAI, chased three then two wide under coaxing from the five-sixteenths, angled four to five wide for home and weakened in the late stages. GIANNI LAMBO coaxed from the gate, raced forwardly placed four then three wide before tucking to the two path through the turn, took over command swinging two to three wide into upper stretch, dug in under threat and was collared near the eighth pole, then weakened in the late going. CARPE'S DREAM got bumped by the veering outwards IKIGAI and was squeezed back at the start conceding four lengths to the front before settling into stride, chased three then two wide under coaxing from the three-eighths, continued two to three wide for home and made no impact. IKIGAI veered out at the start bumping and squeezing back CARPE'S DREAM against AFTER FIVE creating a chain of bumps out through to FLUID SITUATION, showed the way in hand along the inside, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and was headed for the front before taking the inside route into upper stretch, then tired in the drive.
