Chart notes
WHERE IS MIKE was hustled along inside and took over at the seven sixteenths pole, ran at the rail on the turn, drifted toward the head of the lane but dug in through the final furlong and held on well. I ONCE STOOD ALONE chased inside, raced at the rail on the turn and had to settle for second. BAYTOWN GET IT ON raced well back from early contention, improved at the rail on the turn then flattened the final sixteenth. BAYTOWN JAGGER chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn in the three path, was eased to the five path leaving the turn and ran evenly in the lane. LOOKIN BACK LUCKY pressured the pace from the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the turn in the three path, drifted toward the head of the lane and weakened.
