Chart notes
SHADES OF TRUTH pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, made a bid, racing four wide and proved the best late. WUPKAR went to the front, drove clear, saved ground around the turn and was outfinished late for the win. TUGBOAT raced within striking distance, saved ground around the turn, made a bid, proved no match for the top two, but held on for show. D'WILD MUFFIN raced within contention, came around the turn on the outside, made a bid, racing five wide and was outfinished for the show. APRIL MIST lacked early speed, moved up, but was no factor. MOLLI WAY raced near the back in the beginning, improved position, but was no threat. A WISH FOR MADELYN void of early speed and passed tired ones. LOVELY LADY MAY raced evenly near the back and was never a threat. MOLLYS FLYIN HIGH raced in the middle of the field and faded. MADAME JANE showed early speed and dropped back.
